This waterfront development in the Sydney suburb of Abbotsford has been designed with outdoor living in mind. The site was challenging – steep, tight access, unstable soil conditions and tides meant that most of the materials were brought in by crane or barge.  The properties also feature a high level of automation requiring detailed planning and coordination during the construction process.

The simplicity of this project was achieved by good design and attention to detail. stonekast’s rebated copers were used for the pool surround and stairs.  Speciality units were designed and custom made for the spa beam. Our integrated skimmer box cover was installed to help keep the lines sharp and clean. The paver colour chosen was Marino in ETCH finish to provide a stark contrast against the varied natural feel of the walling materials.
